Behavioural flexibility is, in my opinion, an essential life skill.

If you want things to be different in your life, you need to do/see things differently.

This includes how you see others as well as how rigidly you hold onto your own beliefs.

One of my favourite ways of being is “look at things/people with fresh eyes” – just because an interaction with someone felt “true” 2 hours, 2 months, 2 years ago, how are you both showing up now?

Are you allowing space for your own evolution as well as recognising growth in others?

Are you able to truly look at yourself and others as a constantly changing data stream?

How can you become more flexible in your life and still remain true to you?
