I just saw a meme come through my FB feed that was a woman dragging (kicking and screaming) the “old” version of herself into the “new” version of her that she “wanted” to create.

It seems to be a popular theme in the personal development/spiritual development industry that we have to “fight” with parts of ourselves and brainwash or force them into new ways of being for us to have the “perfect” “enlightened” life.

That style of personal development is one that I subscribed to for many, many years – bypassing the wisdom of my body/mind and acting like a domineering bully with my own self – constantly looking for what was “wrong” with me to then have it “fixed” by whatever the latest personal development fad was.

It didn’t work so well for me… How’s it going for you?

What if there was a different way?

What if deep transformation is as simple as loving all parts of ourselves, integrating them and welcoming them home?

I would love to invite you to take a deep breath… and another…

Now, if it feels right to you, think of all the ways you are “forcing” yourself to be a “better person”…

If you are wanting to experience transformational coaching contact me for a (free) discovery session either online or in person ❤

Think about every area of your life from how you interact with others (what will they think of me if I say/do/be that) to how you experience pleasure…

There is a different way of being… one that doesn’t have you going to war with yourself, one that is accepting of all your thoughts and ideas, one that is completely in love with you ❤

That is the style of coaching that I bring to our sessions and workshops, that is the deep transformational work that will bring true emotional maturity to your everyday life.

What does that look like in a session/wrokshop with me?

It is using breath, sound, movement and a proven step by step system to welcome home all parts of you with love.
